Our fully-equipped fitness center is available around the clock so you never have to miss a workout. Treadmills, recumbent bikes, free weights, a leg press, Pilates equipment, and cross-country machines give you a complete gym experience right inside the park.
Stop by the office during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–12 PM & 1 PM–5 PM) to receive your individual access code. The gym is exclusively for Sundowner residents and guests.
24-Hour Laundromat
Our on-site laundry facilities are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Multiple commercial-grade washers and dryers mean you will never wait long for a machine.
The laundromat also features a comfortable lounge area where you can relax while your laundry runs. Access is included for all park residents and RV guests with an individual access code.
